Terms and Conditions for Pre-Sale of Ethos Genetic Seeds

1. Introduction

By participating in the pre-sale of Ethos Genetic Seeds, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with the pre-sale.

2. Pre-Sale Information

• The pre-sale will start on 7.FEB.2025 and end on 7.MARS.2025, or until the seeds are sold out.
• Seeds are sold as a limited pre-sale offering and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Eligibility

• To participate in the pre-sale, you must be of legal age to purchase cannabis seeds in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing cannabis seeds is legal in your area.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Accepted payment methods: SEPA (bank transfer).
• We can send a payment request via Email (VivaWallet)—you just need to wait a couple of minutes for processing, or request it in the Chat.
• If a double payment occurs, we will either refund the extra amount or provide a voucher of the same value for future purchases.

5. Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 14 Workdays after receiving the seeds, subject to delays beyond our control.
• Shipping is available to the following regions: Luxembourg, Germany, France Belgium, Nederland.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect addresses.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• In the case of a defective product or mistake made on our part, please contact us at info@degrengeleiw.lu, and we will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for any legal issues, damages, or consequences resulting from the purchase or use of Ethos Genetic Seeds.
• Customers are solely responsible for their actions once the product is in their possession.
